Jon Hopkins has scored a commissioned piece for the Random Dance company's forthcoming ENTITY, choreographed by Wayne McGregor to be premiered at Sadler?s Wells on April 10th.

Jon's composition accompanies original choreography, alongside music by Joby Talbot (The Divine Comedy, White Stripes). Following the World Premiere at Sadler's Wells, the ballet will be toured throughout Europe, including the Bienale in France later this year.

Multi award-winning Wayne McGregor is renowned for his fierce, physically testing choreography and ground-breaking collaborations. On Thursday 10 April 2008 at Sadler?s Wells, McGregor presents the world premiere of ENTITY, his first production in two years for his recently re-titled Sadler?s Wells resident company, Wayne McGregor | Random Dance. A diptych of contrasting works performed by ten dancers and set to live music, ENTITY follows the electrifying performances of Chroma, McGregor?s Olivier Award-winning work created in his role as Resident Choreographer for The Royal Ballet in 2006.
